Adding a Customer to an Existing Account

If you need to add a customer to an existing account please follow the steps:

1. Go to Home> Customers> New Customer

   

2. Click Existing account button at the upper right corner. Find Existing Account page opens
3. Search for the account that you would like to add a customer to by using any of the six search fields and choosing the sales channel and then click Search button:

   

4. When the account is found, click Select button

   

5. The New customer page along with the associated account opens and displays below.
   
6. Fill out the Customer form and click Submit button.
7. Repeat steps 1 to 5 to create another customer.
